Each customer will ensure that the package is securely Sealed/Protected in proper cartons. Televisions, computers, or any other electronics must travel in their original packing carton.

10-15 business days. Not counting Saturdays and Sundays. It takes 3 to 5 business days from the time it is collected at the customer's address (or agency) and then taken to the warehouse at customs in TEXAS. The 15 business days apply once the boxes are shipped from Texas.

All packages will be: REVISITED AND PASSED BY X-RAY SCANNER, to verify that the rules are complied with, if not sending prohibited items upon detection of something illegal the package will be confiscated and there will be no refund. In addition, the corresponding authorities will be notified.

In the event of an incident, whether partial loss or damage, you must report it within 48 hours of receiving your package and send all the corresponding evidence. All requirements must be met in order to continue the investigation process of your claim.
